Program overview
The BTS in Information Systems Management at ICEDIS prepares IT
professionals able to contribute to the production and delivery of digital services,
administer infrastructures and ensure the smooth operation of IT equipment.
Students build skills in systems and network administration, business application
development, IT security and information systems project management to support the
digital transformation of organizations.

- Monitoring, maintenance, backup and infrastructure security.
Module 3: Business applications & databases
- Modelling and design of relational databases.
- SQL and database administration.
- Development of business applications (web or client‑server) for companies.
Module 4: IS project management & user support
- IT project management: planning, monitoring and documentation.
- User support, helpdesk operations and incident management.
- Technology watch and evolution of information system infrastructures.
