Program overview
The BTS in Business and Corporate Law at ICEDIS is part of the Judicial
Careers track and aims to train legal technicians able to support companies in their
day‑to‑day and strategic operations.
Students develop skills in commercial law, company law, labour law, tax law, banking
law and contract law, as well as in the legal and tax management of companies.
Learning objectives
- Master the fundamentals of business and corporate law (commercial, company, labour, tax law).
- Understand the legal framework of business actors (traders, companies, financial institutions).
- Draft and analyse key civil and commercial contracts (sale, lease, service provision, etc.).
- Handle legal, administrative and tax formalities related to the company life cycle.
- Identify and prevent the legal, tax and social risks faced by companies.
- Use digital tools for legal, tax and document management.

Module 1: Legal and economic foundations
- General introduction to law and legal sources.
- Civil law (obligations, contracts, liability).
- Economics and organization of companies.
Module 2: Commercial law & company law
- Commercial law (commercial acts, traders, business assets).
- Company law I & II (incorporation, operation, restructuring, dissolution).
- Law of companies in difficulty (prevention, insolvency proceedings).
Module 3: Labour, tax & banking law
- Labour law (employment contracts, collective relations, labour disputes).
- Tax law and legal and tax management of companies.
- Banking regulation and insurance contracts.
Module 4: Contracts, accounting & professional tools
- Law of special contracts (civil and commercial contracts).
- General accounting applied to businesses.
- IT, bilingual skills and professional communication techniques.
Career opportunities
Graduates of the BTS in Business and Corporate Law can hold legal and management support
positions in various organizations.
- Legal assistant in a corporate legal department.
- In‑house legal officer (after experience and/or further study).
