Program overview
The BTS in Project Management at ICEDIS trains professionals able to
lead projects in various sectors (industry, services, trade, social, cultural,
local development) from the initial idea to the evaluation of results.
The program develops a global understanding of organizations, project management
methods and strong skills in planning, monitoring‑evaluation and team management.
Learning objectives
- Understand the concept of a project, its stages and its strategic stakes for organizations.
- Identify needs, define objectives and draft a project specifications document.
- Plan a project (tasks, resources, schedule, budget) and build a realistic timetable.
- Ensure day‑to‑day project management: coordination of stakeholders, progress tracking, risk management.
- Design and use monitoring‑evaluation and reporting tools (dashboards, indicators).
- Use digital project management tools and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
