The mission of ICEDIS is to promote academic and professional success through diplomacy grounded in the principles of law and international cooperation. It relies on work in analysis, leadership, diplomatic and media exchange, professional collaboration, and the sharing of knowledge and best practices among professionals from the political, diplomatic, economic, academic worlds, as well as civil society and the media.

ICEDIS offers professional and academic training in diplomacy, international law, cybersecurity, international relations, and global strategies, accessible to students, executives, and working professionals in several other fields - see Courses section.
Cameroonian and foreign nationals of both sexes, professionals from various fields related to international relations, international law, diplomacy, and strategic studies can apply to ICEDIS. In this regard, staff from international organizations, embassies, NGOs, practitioners, and development actors are welcome to apply.
For the Master's cycle, candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in political science, history, geography, economics, sociology, communication, law, anthropology, and other social sciences fields are strongly encouraged to submit their application.
Admission to ICEDIS is based on file review. Candidates for the different cycles are invited to submit their application files consisting of:

The Cameroonian Institute for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (ICEDIS) is a center of excellence serving States, the African continent, and the international community. Its mission is to train men and women capable of better understanding the dynamics of the contemporary world, analyzing geopolitical and geostrategic issues, including International Law and Cybersecurity; and engaging in dialogue with all actors on the international scene.
